If I could give Susan a 10/5 I would! The knowledge and skill that she portrays are impeccable; add in her professionalism and kindness and you have a nurse who is unlike any other. I am a Nurse Practitioner and if I ever decided to practice in this area, I would want Susan to train me in injections and would want to work with her! What a fantastic experience!
